Subject to the firm's subscription and these terms, AdvisoryLift.com grants authorized users a limited, non-transferable right to use the application for firm business purposes.
2. Restrictions
Users may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, misuse, or attempt to bypass security controls in the application except where allowed by law or a written agreement.
3. Updates
The application may receive updates, improvements, and security changes. Continued use after updates may be required to keep the service secure and compatible.
4. Account access
Access is tied to authenticated users and firm membership. Firm admins can invite, deactivate, or transfer admin responsibilities for members according to supported product workflows.
